  27. Short description : Comprehensive archive conversion from any type to
  28.                     any other type

  30. Description       : MTA can be used both by normal users and Sysop's  to
  31.                     convert  any  archive  format  to  any other archive
  32.                     format.  Included  is  support  for ARC, PAK, PKware
  33.                     PKPAK, PKWare ZIP, ZOO,  DWC, MD, LHarc, LArc,  ARJ,
  34.                     HYPER and any alien  compressor by means of  a user-
  35.                     interface. Also  conversion (test)  of GIF  and JPEG
  36.                     files is included.

  38.                     Many  features  (AV'd  files,  encryption,   special
  39.                     diskette conversion,  unattended conversion  on BBS,
  40.                     can   be   run   inside   event,   timed  execution,
  41.                     disk-space  checks,  configurable  log-style  and so
  42.                     on).  Also  a  number  of  available  exits  in  the
  43.                     conversion  phase,  so  users  can do special things
  44.                     (CRC, checking,  adding, deleting,  make SFX)  while
  45.                     converting nor- mal files.

  47. Updates           : 15.35 is a minor that will fix a lot of the problems
  48.                     from 15.30. Also more specific support  for SQZ 1083
  49.                     and PKZIP 2.xx is included.
